Job Description
Prolific is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Product, Research, and Design Group. This role is within the Human Data Product Group, focusing on identity and behavior. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the impact and outcomes of a stream-aligned team, contributing to the development of AI agents and intelligences.

Responsibilities:
  • Product managing a stream-aligned team.
  • Solving customer problems and creating new opportunities.
  • Partnering with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working in technology teams.
  • Experience building user-facing AI-powered products.
  • Competence in Product tools, Agile frameworks, Continuous Discovery, CI/CD, JTBD frameworks.
  • Strong data literacy and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
