Fluxon is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to define and evolve its visual identity across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will blend storytelling and systems thinking to craft a brand that resonates externally and inspires internally. This role offers a high-impact opportunity on the Growth team to shape a bold, cohesive brand in the tech space.
Responsibilities: - Lead the visual direction and brand identity ideals of the Fluxon brand.
- Design and refine brand systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, illustration styles, and motion.
- Create brand guidelines and scalable systems to ensure consistency across internal and external platforms.
- Design high-impact assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, landing pages, and event materials.
- Drive visual storytelling in collaboration with content strategists.
- Oversee brand rollouts across digital, print, social, and internal activations.
- Partner with marketing, content, product, and growth leads to aligning brand initiatives with business goals.
- Lead visual identity development across Fluxon's various client-facing and talent-facing channels.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in brand design.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates a clear point of view and versatility across mediums.
- Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and imagery.
- Experience building and evolving a brand identity across multiple channels at a high-growth company.
- Fluency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in motion design using tools like After Effects, Lottie, Rive.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
