Job Description
Clutch is seeking a Financial Services Manager to lead the online used car buying process. This role involves guiding customers through the purchasing process, updating CRM information, submitting credit applications, and communicating lender decisions. The Financial Services Manager will also upsell ancillary products and handle customer objections.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process.
  • Update CRM with relevant information.
  • Submit credit applications via RouteOne and Dealertrack.
  • Communicate lender decisions to customers.
  • Upsell ancillary products.
  • Handle customer objections.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years sales experience.
  • Experience in lending or banking is preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter attitude.
  • Attention to detail and high level of organization.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be comfortable to work 100% on-site at our Mississauga facility.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and evening shift.
