Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Sales Advisor to champion the online used car buying process in their Mississauga, Ontario facility. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and create a huge impact as Clutch expands across Canada. The Sales Advisor will play a key role in disrupting the traditional car buying process and redefining the way used vehicles are sold.
What this role involves:
- Guiding customers through the cash transaction process after they place a deposit.
- Effectively handling customer objections to finalize sales.
- Upselling ancillary products such as extended warranties and rust protection.
- Updating information and generating documents in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience in customer objection handling is preferred.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple customers.
- Excitement about disrupting an old industry and a drive to succeed.
- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional sales, communication, and objection-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at the Mississauga facility.
- Must be available to work on weekend shifts.
