Delivery Manager - Growth & Integration

Job Description

Spaceship is seeking a Delivery Manager to join their Sydney team. This role involves ensuring the successful delivery of critical growth, integration, and operational initiatives, working closely with the Spaceship leadership team. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving delivery excellence across product innovation and strategic integration projects.

• Drive delivery of concurrent Growth and Integration projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Track and report on engineering team velocity and delivery KPIs.
• Manage sprint planning and execution.
• Identify and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure stakeholder visibility through regular reporting.
• Identify and escalate risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings.

• Proven experience managing complex project delivery.
• Experience with agile delivery methods and engineering team metrics.
• Track record of improving team velocity and delivery efficiency.
