Chief Product Officer

Job Description

Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Chief Product Officer to steer the company's product vision and strategy. Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer and working closely with the CEO, the Chief Product Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the product strategy and supporting the growth of Mirakl as a whole.Mirakl's suite of solutions provides enterprises with a transformative way to drive significant growth and efficiency in their online business. Mirakl is trusted by 400+ industry-leading businesses worldwide including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy, Airbus, Toyota Material Handling and Sonepar.Role Involves:

• Contributing to the deployment of Mirakl's strategy.
• Evaluating project investments and making timely decisions.
• Ensuring that Mirakl's various products work effectively together.
• Managing, steering, and developing the Product and Design teams (~50 people).
• Defining the product strategy and roadmap.
• Defining and tracking key product performance metrics.
• Implementing best product management practices.

Requirements:

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
• Strong client-centric approach combined with a keen business orientation.
• Strong ability to understand technical constraints and challenges.
• Proven experience coming from a BtoB software solution environment (SaaS).
• Experience as VP product or Head of Product.
• Experience in the ecommerce sector is a plus.
