Associate Campaign Manager

Job Description

PhonePe is seeking an Associate Campaign Manager to lead the ad operations Campaign Management team. The ideal candidate will oversee the scheduling, creation, and execution of campaigns on PhonePe platforms, maximizing accuracy and timely delivery. This role involves leading a team of Associate Campaign Managers and Campaign Managers to drive KPIs, actively monitoring campaign performance, and implementing industry best practices.Responsibilities:

• Lead the ad operations Campaign Management team.
• Actively manage and monitor campaign performance.
• Identify and implement industry best practices.
• Collaborate with BD/Product Design/CS/Creative teams.
• Manage ads and rewards campaign lifecycle.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Generate and present weekly & monthly reports.
• Use data to influence strategies for upcoming campaigns.

Requirements:

• Tier 2 MBA (2-4 years experience) or Tier 1 graduates (1-2 years experience).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
