Job Description

PhonePe is seeking a Campaign Manager to join their Ad Ops team. This role is based in Bangalore and focuses on managing and monitoring campaign performance to maximize revenue. The Campaign Manager will handle medium to high-risk clients, implement industry best practices, and collaborate with various internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and monitor campaign performance of PhonePe assets.
• Handle medium to high-risk clients for end-to-end campaign management.
• Manage a team of 2-3 Associate Campaign Managers.
• Implement industry best practices for ad setup, measurement, and reporting.
• Collaborate with BD, Product Design, CS, and Creative teams.
• Handle day-to-day business operations with stakeholders.
• Develop deep knowledge of PhonePe offer products and features.
• Manage ads and rewards campaign lifecycle.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements:

• Graduation from Tier 1 undergraduate or Tier 2 MBA colleges.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
