  • Growing the merchant network through acquisition and servicing.
  • Driving quality in execution through audits and reviews.
  • Monitoring competition and sharing inputs with the leadership team.
  • Ensuring brand visibility in the assigned territory.
  • Facilitating hiring and training of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Team Leaders (TLs).
  • Monitoring KPIs and coaching team members.
Requirements:
  • MBA from Tier 2/3 campus with a good academic record.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales managing a sales team.
  • Experience in Telecom, FMCG, or Retail is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sales/customer service focus.
  • Field sales experience with a proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
  • Exposure to the start-up environment is an added advantage.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a strong bias for impact.
  • Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers.
  • Drive for results and the ability to demonstrate success.
