Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking an Area Manager - Operations to join their team. This role is based in Noida and involves on-field work with a 6-day shift schedule and rotational week off. The Area Manager will play a crucial role in managing store operations, merchant relationships, and team performance within the Pincode shopping app framework.
    Role Involves:
  • Gaining expertise in various categories like Supermarkets, FMCG, Healthcare, and Lifestyle.
  • Managing existing merchant relationships and ensuring operational standards.
  • Ensuring accurate store cataloging, stock management, and audits.
  • Overseeing the entire order process from creation to fulfillment.
  • Leading and motivating a team of store executives.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
    Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, cataloging, or quick commerce operations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong ethics and discretion in customer dealings.
  • Proven ability to drive results and demonstrate success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work as a team player.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Readiness to travel for field work.
