Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking an Associate Manager – Accounts Payable (Indirect Cost Analysis) to join their team in Bangalore. This role is responsible for the month-end closure of indirect costs, cost analysis, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closure of indirect costs.
  • Review and validate accruals, prepayments, and indirect cost provisions.
  • Conduct a detailed analysis of indirect costs for various entity & cost centers.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, procurement, business teams, and vendors.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in indirect cost accounting and drive improvements.
    Key Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, or Financial Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accrual accounting, indirect cost allocations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics 365, Oracle, or any other relevant tool).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
