PhonePe is seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to join their Customer Experience team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for minimizing manual interventions while maintaining customer satisfaction. The Automation Specialist will collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to own strategic initiatives and drive efficiencies within the pod.About PhonePe:PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments platform with over 50 crore registered users and 3.7 crore merchants. • Owning final delivery and ensuring successful execution of sprints.
• Shouldering critical engineering responsibilities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a top-tier institute (BE/BTech, BCA/MCA).
• Up to 3 years of experience in CX and/or Automation roles.
• Customer centricity and ability to preempt support pain points.
• Risk mitigation skills and ability to plan for known knowns.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and focus on execution.
• Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
