PhonePe Group is seeking an Advisor for their Service Recovery Reds team, focusing on enhancing customer experience. This role involves resolving customer issues, identifying patterns for support system optimization, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Advisor will work within the Inhouse Customer Experience team, contributing to a customer-first approach.Responsibilities include:
- Handling PhonePe account and transaction queries
- Providing support via phone and data channels
- Following process guidelines for resolution
- Building customer trust
- Meeting productivity goals
- Escalating issues to relevant teams
- Recommending process improvements
- Engaging and educating customers
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good learnability
- Active listening skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Team player with flexibility
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Graduation (10+2+3)
- 0-2 years of customer service experience
- Multilingual skills in South Indian languages preferred
