Job Description

Critical Mass is seeking a talented and passionate Designer to join their team. The Designer will contribute to the development of creative concepts that translate visually across digital experiences. The ideal candidate is an original thinker, a team player, and possesses a keen attention to detail.

The Role Involves:

• Designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
• Creating interactive design concepts.
• Designing mood boards, storyboards, interactive page layouts, site grids and interface demos, photo retouches and enhancements, and animated GIFs.
• Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables.
• Building and maintaining a rapport with creative team, account managers, and project managers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years design, and interactive work experience.
• Strong design portfolio.
• Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skills.
• Solid working knowledge of the latest design toolsets.
• Time management skills to manage responsibilities and to always be prepared.
• Experience in Adobe Creative products including: Keynote, Firefly, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Comprehensive understanding of Figma and some of the latest AI tools.
• Visual design skills that include experience design, UI and branding design.
• Developed and diverse communication skills to articulate creative ideas.
• A proven aptitude for fast-paced creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
• A self-motivated and accountable attitude.
