Job Description
Critical Mass is seeking a Media Supervisor to lead the planning, management, and execution of client's media strategy. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various media channels and strategic leadership both internally and in client presentations. The Media Supervisor will work closely with Marketing Science and Strategy to align media efforts and manage client and vendor relationships.Role involves:
- Coordinating and overseeing campaign management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
- Managing the billing team and approving billing needs.
- Overseeing media campaign setup and execution.
- Providing strategic insights and optimizations for client reports.
- Researching and preparing information for media plans, RFPs, and presentations.
- Evaluating and maintaining relationships in the media community.
- Staying updated on media trends and advising the team.
- Leading the development of POV documents.
- Evaluating client needs and escalating issues.
- Driving audience insights and channel strategy.
- Selling in media initiatives to clients.
- Integrating with other disciplines on campaign direction.
- Overseeing media planners and an associate media planner.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in media.
- Experience in paid social media planning and management.
- Experience with Trade Desk, eMarketer, Nielsen ComScore, Mintel, Forrester, etc.
- Familiarity with Google ad products.
- Detailed understanding of media and the media landscape.
- Knowledge of ad trafficking software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to delegate and train junior team members.
