Critical Mass is seeking a dynamic and meticulous Integrated Media Leader to join their team as a Media Director. This role is responsible for the management, leadership, and evolution of the media strategy for a key account. The Media Director will play a key part in developing and executing holistic media strategies that connect with diverse audiences across multiple channels. They will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that campaigns deliver measurable results while maintaining a cohesive and consistent message across all touchpoints.Role involves:
- Developing and executing comprehensive 360-degree media plans.
- Pushing for innovation and first-to-market media opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build audience-first strategies.
- Conducting research and insights analysis to inform media planning decisions.
- Managing client relationships and communicating strategies effectively.
- Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of media plans.
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing media tactics.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Collaborating with creative, analytics, and account teams.
- Aiding in the development of “Point of View” (POV) documents.
- Participating in new business efforts as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in media planning and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and media analytics.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A strategic mind with a passion for delivering impactful campaigns.
- Familiarity with media planning tools, research platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to balance strategic oversight with practical application.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations.
