Job Description
Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Activation to manage and activate digital recommendations for clients. The Senior Associate will guide Associates, provide strategic insights, and maintain relationships with the media community. This role involves:
- Coordinating and overseeing campaign management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
- Managing the billing team and approving billing needs.
- Overseeing media campaign setup and execution.
- Providing strategic insights and optimizations for client reports.
- Researching and preparing information for media plans and presentations.
- Evaluating and maintaining relationships in the media community.
- Staying up-to-date on interactive marketing trends.
- Leading the development of Point of View documents.
- Evaluating client needs and escalating issues.
- Driving audience insights and channel strategy.
- Selling media initiatives to clients.
- Integrating with other disciplines on campaign direction.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in digital activation, with hands-on experience in Programmatic Media Buying or Social platforms. Requirements include:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital activation.
- Hands-on experience in Programmatic Media Buying (TTD/DV360) and/or Social (META, LinkedIn).
- Strong mathematical aptitude and understanding of the digital media landscape.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and campaign optimizations.
- Proficiency in research, audience planning, and developing social media plans.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting recommendations to clients.
- Full campaign ownership experience.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics, including crafting insights and using Excel.
- Knowledge of industry tools.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills.
