Edibles Agent - 2nd shift

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for their facility in Joliet, IL. This role involves supporting the production and packaging of infused edible products. The Edibles Product Agent will work under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor and Packaging Supervisor, performing tasks related to prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping, and operating basic production and packaging machinery. The agent will ensure edibles are produced and packaged according to state regulations and Cresco Labs' standards.

Role Involves:

• Assisting kitchen staff in the daily production of cannabis-infused food products.
• Executing batch production and continuously improving production efficiency.
• Collaborating with the kitchen lead to adhere to manufacturing formula standard operating procedures.
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues that may cause damaged edibles.
• Maintaining a clean and safe production environment.
• Assisting in labeling, packaging, and tracking edibles for final sale.
• Completing the sanitation of production equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or equivalent.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Understanding of recipes, food production, and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
