Senior Security Engineer(Product Security)

FalconX is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to enhance application security across its product lines, including Cryptocurrency, High-Frequency Trading, and AI systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering teams to provide security guidance and drive the implementation of security recommendations. FalconX operates at the intersection of traditional finance and cutting-edge technology, offering a comprehensive solution for digital asset strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Engineer systems and internal security tools to improve application security.
• Interface with Engineering to provide security guidance for software products.
• Review and provide architectural guidance for application systems.
• Perform occasional vulnerability management and penetration testing.
• Educate and train engineers on application security fundamentals.
• Execute and improve security reviews and consulting processes.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer/Architect in Python, Ruby, Go, etc.
• 6+ years of experience in Product or Application Security.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, Golang, or Ruby.
• Proficiency in threat modeling and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with secure SDLC and its implementation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
