Job Description
Authentic is seeking a People & Culture Intern to work closely with the Director, People & Culture - APAC, supporting critical HR initiatives across the region. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, while contributing to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.Role involves:
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Employee Experience Initiatives: Planning and executing engagement activities.
  • Policy Review & Rollout: Updating HR policies and creating user-friendly guides.
  • HR System Launch & Change Management: Supporting the implementation of new HR systems.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assisting with job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled university student.
  • Able to work up to 30 hours per week.
  • Able to work onsite in our Shanghai office.
  • A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks.
  • Exceptional discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortability in a high-paced, collaborative environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite
  • Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks
Role offers:
  • Internship stipend: RMB 6000 / mth (working up to 30 hours per week)
