Principal, Value Communications (HTA and Market Access)

Job Description

Putnam, an Inizio Advisory company, is seeking a Principal, Value Communications to lead the growth of their Value Communications team within the HTA and Market Access division. The Principal will lead the development of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) dossiers for European and International markets. This role involves partnering with life science companies to secure optimal reimbursement by generating impactful health economic evidence and developing persuasive value narratives. The Principal will collaborate with HEOR, PRO, RWE & Biostats, Strategy Practices, and the wider Inizio business, providing expertise across the full product life cycle journey.

Role involves:

• Leading Value Communications projects, including HTA dossiers, global value dossiers, and value propositions.
• Line-managing and mentoring the value communications team.
• Contributing to business development.
• Client engagement and account management.
• Leading training and development.
• Study design, development, and implementation.
• Leading the development of abstracts and manuscripts.
• Developing proposals.
• Managing project budgets.

Requirements:

• PhD or MSc in life sciences.
• 7+ years’ experience in value communications, medical writing, or market access.
• Experience in line management is essential.
• Experience in developing reports, dossiers, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.
• Experience with NICE, GBA, and/or JCA dossiers is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development process.
• Experience in managing projects, including budgets.
• Strong time management skills.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
