Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead Private Dining. This role is crucial for conceptualizing, validating, and launching private dining options, enhancing the company's portfolio and growth. The ideal candidate will embody a GM mindset, co-owning revenue goals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.Responsibilities:
  • Craft the Strategy: Define product vision and strategy for private dining.
  • Own business outcomes: Drive adoption, engagement, and monetization.
  • Exceptional Execution: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
  • Champion a data-driven approach.
  • Define processes to scale private dining.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in product management, with 6+ years in a people-management role.
  • Experience building consumer or marketplace products.
  • Experience defining and executing a GTM strategy.
  • Monetization experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
