Job Description

Blackbird Clinical Services seeks an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a contract, hybrid position. The therapist will provide high-quality direct care to children, adolescents, and their families, contributing to Blackbird's mission of transforming pediatric mental health care. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young people and has experience in telehealth.Role Involves:

• Leading individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26
• Participating in consultations to enhance clinical skills
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families
• Maintaining thorough patient records and documentation
• Committing to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours
• Working at Langhorne, PA clinic location at least 1 day per week

Requirements:

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD in Pennsylvania
• One year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
• One year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
