Delasport, a leading iGaming software company, is seeking a Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead and innovate its affiliate marketing efforts. This role involves building and mentoring an affiliate marketing team, developing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth.Delasport is known for its award-winning solutions in online casino, sportsbook, and player account management. • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing affiliate marketing team.
• Refine the affiliate program structure and commission models.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture high-value affiliate partnerships.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure synergy across marketing initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovate affiliate marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of affiliate marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role within iGaming or similar sectors.
• Proven ability to build and execute large-scale affiliate strategies.
• Experience in recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and analytical tools.
• Deep understanding of the iGaming regulatory environment.
