Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in Lecco, Italy. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maximizing store productivity.

As a member of the JD Sports team, the Sales Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. This role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

JD Sports is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and attention to detail.
• Registration in the lists of the Compulsory Placement L. 68/99 is required.
