JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in Antegnate, Bergamo, Italy. Founded in 1981, JD Sports Fashion has grown to over 2,400 stores and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

As a member of the JD Sports team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers. He/She will assist customers, maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

The role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferable.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Teamwork skills and attention to detail.
