Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative to join their team in Miami. This role focuses on creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with people in stores and communities. The representative will educate members about Oportun’s financial services and empower them to build a better future.
Role Involves:
- Welcoming members and providing quality service.
- Processing transactions and protecting member information.
- Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
- Building relationships with local businesses.
- Supporting community outreach and marketing events.
- Maintaining the store's appearance.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Outgoing and sales-focused.
- Love helping members through outreach and education.
- Available to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Willing to work outdoors.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
