Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Manager for their Los Angeles location. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to be on-site 5 days a week and live within an easy commute of Los Angeles, CA. The Member Experience Manager will be the primary problem solver, drive momentum, and create exceptional experiences for Industrious members. They will manage the location, ensuring smooth operations through organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with CEOs, representing Industrious in the local market, and identifying potential members.Role involves:
