Job Description
Galaxy Digital is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to actively participate in the client onboarding process. The role is based in London and supports the EMEA Sales team, requiring a results-driven and innovative individual with financial services experience and knowledge of Customer Due Diligence/AML/KYC requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Legal, and Tax teams to onboard new clients.
- Assist EMEA sales teams with onboarding requests during London business hours.
- Ensure compliance with FCA requirements for client onboarding.
- Manage priority items from various teams and locations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
- Enhance the Client Onboarding portal's features and functionality.
- Handle ad-hoc onboarding tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2-3 years of client onboarding experience.
- Onboarding/AML/KYC experience from an institutional perspective.
- Familiarity with FCA requirements.
