Job Description
Galaxy Digital is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to actively participate in the client onboarding process. The role is based in London and supports the EMEA Sales team, requiring a results-driven and innovative individual with financial services experience and knowledge of Customer Due Diligence/AML/KYC requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Legal, and Tax teams to onboard new clients.
  • Assist EMEA sales teams with onboarding requests during London business hours.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA requirements for client onboarding.
  • Manage priority items from various teams and locations.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Enhance the Client Onboarding portal's features and functionality.
  • Handle ad-hoc onboarding tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years of client onboarding experience.
  • Onboarding/AML/KYC experience from an institutional perspective.
  • Familiarity with FCA requirements.
