Research Policy Analyst

Job Description

Galaxy Digital is seeking a Research Policy Analyst to join their research team in New York City. This role involves covering digital assets policy, policymaking, and legislation for internal and external clients. The analyst will generate and disseminate research products to policymakers, regulators, legislators, and institutional investors.Responsibilities:

• Analyze major policy issues affecting the digital assets ecosystem.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory and legislative developments at the U.S. Federal and State levels.
• Contribute to Galaxy Research’s coverage of regulatory policy.
• Work as a member of both the Galaxy Research and Galaxy Policy teams.
• Develop and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue research topics independently.
• Serve as a thought leader on crypto topics and consult with clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in financial services policy.
• Strong knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem and policy issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to self-direct and drive projects.
