Vonage is seeking a Fraud Investigation Manager to lead a team of fraud investigators and protect the company from fraudulent activities. This role involves shaping anti-fraud policies, ensuring financial security, and driving initiatives to detect and prevent fraud. The Fraud Investigation Manager will oversee staff, provide leadership, and work with senior management to implement fraud detection strategies.
Role involves: - Developing and implementing fraud detection frameworks.
- Analyzing fraud trends and enhancing detection capabilities.
- Leading and mentoring a team of fraud investigators.
- Representing the function in meetings with senior management.
- Managing fraud documentation and supporting risk reviews.
- Providing fraud insights and guidance to the Finance team.
Requirements: - Educated to degree level.
- 10+ years of experience in fraud investigation, risk management, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention methodologies (AML, KYC).
- Experience in high-volume transaction industries.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
