AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Tech Engineering Coordinator to lead and manage a front and backend development team. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. This role involves providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, staying updated with industry trends, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment of incremental software releases.

Requirements:

• University degree in computing-related courses.
• Proven experience in a leading role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture.
• Azure Dev Ops, Kubernetes, Docker, Test Automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Java/Kotlin + Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with event-driven and micro-services architectures.
• Experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure Cloud).
• Experience with Postgres and Mongo databases.
• Experience in BFF pattern.
• Experience with micro-frontends pattern is a plus.
