Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant Business Agility & Agile Enterprise to drive change and develop future-oriented solutions for clients. The role involves working in agile transformation projects, introducing agile mindsets, and developing data-driven solutions.

Role Involves:

• Working in agile transformation projects.
• Introducing agile mindsets in organizations.
• Selecting and applying scaled agile frameworks.
• Developing teams and leaders as agile coaches.
• Developing data-driven solutions and business models.

Requirements:

• Interest in change management and transformation work.
• Interest in agile scaling frameworks.
• Experience in complex transformation projects.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Outstanding degree in economics, technology, or IT.
• Reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel.
