Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for Digital Engineering & R&D. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop forward-looking solutions, informed by science and data and amplified by creativity and design.

The Senior Consultant/Manager will advise clients on engineering transformation, strategy and transformation for Product Lifecycle Management, software and systems engineering, digital continuity, digital twin, connected value chain design, simulation, verification, and cross-functional engineering collaboration.

Requirements:

• Several years of practical project experience in engineering, particularly in Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Energy Utility, or Life Science industries
• Experience in (sub-) project management of complex transformation projects in the engineering environment
• An outstanding degree in economics, technology, science or information technology
• Comprehensive knowledge of product creation and its core processes
• Experience in strategy and organizational development in the field of engineering
• (Consulting) experience in the design, optimization and implementation of processes in product creation
• Knowledge of engineering IT and virtual product development
• Knowledge of relevant topics in the field of Product Lifecycle Management
• Enjoyment of the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and the talent to think conceptually and implementation-oriented
• High reliability, team spirit and fit for a world-leading management consultancy
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
• Excellent German and English skills
