Job Description
BDA, a global merchandise agency, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage fulfillment operations in Plainfield, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in warehouse fulfillment, specifically in pick, pack, and ship processes using an ERP WMS system with RF guns. Role Involves:
- Managing warehouse fulfillment operations
- Overseeing pick, pack, and ship processes
- Managing fulfillment materials movement
- Supervising full-time staff and temporary workforce
- Ensuring order processing and shipment quality control
- Managing material movement in a SKU intensive fulfillment operation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience managing warehouse Fulfillment operations
- Experience with Pick, Pack, and Ship using ERP WMS system with RF guns
- Solid working knowledge of Order Processing and Shipment Quality Control and Material Movement in a SKU intensive Fulfillment operation
- WMS experience utilizing RF
