Job Description

C6 Bank is seeking a Cyber Assistant to join their Access and Identity Management team. C6 Bank is committed to diversity and inclusion, and this role is specifically for people with disabilities. The team is responsible for governing system access and ensuring that all professionals have access in accordance with their daily functions, aligned with the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of C6 and customer information.This role involves:

• Executing and processing requests for granting, transferring, and removing user access.
• Providing high-quality service within agreed-upon service levels (SLA).
• Communicating with users to provide support and clarify doubts.

Requirements include:

• Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Systems Analysis or Information Technology.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and ISO27001 is a plus.
