Job Description
C6 Bank is seeking a Product Manager to join their Seguros area, focusing on the development, maintenance, and improvement of insurance products. This role involves optimizing the bank's results through strategic product development and management. The Product Manager will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure product success.
Role involves:
- Building product development strategies.
- Managing the complete product development lifecycle.
- Identifying and evaluating risks and uncertainties.
- Evaluating products, features, and processes.
- Building, implementing, and monitoring product processes.
- Monitoring product performance using indicators.
- Elaborating product documentation.
- Collaborating with technology, business, legal, risks, HX, marketing, compliance, and customer service areas.
Requirements:
- Experience in product development and management.
- Knowledge of insurance.
- Previous experience in technology.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to apply simplified solutions.
- Communication, organizational, leadership, autonomy, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic decision-making ability.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Critical thinking.
- Teamwork skills.
- Availability to work on-site in central São Paulo.
