Job Description

C6 Bank is seeking a Pessoa Analista de Redes to join its Infrastructure and Networks team. This role is responsible for the project, implementation, and operation of the network, voice, and data center environment, which comprises a hybrid infrastructure of on-premises data centers and cloud providers. The team operates with a hands-on approach, ensuring the bank's products function 24/7.

Role involves:

• Project, implement, and support the network infrastructure across different Cloud Providers and On-Premises Data Centers.
• Handle incidents and requests with technology vendors and Telecom operators.
• Provide end-to-end support and assist other technology teams in incident resolution, taking ownership and engaging partner teams.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, HSRP, BFD, STP, LACP, VPC) and Security (Firewalls, ACLs, VRF, VPN IPSEC).
• Experience with network architecture and support in at least one cloud provider (AWS, OCI, GCP, AZURE).
• Experience with Wi-Fi infrastructure administration in distributed environments.
• Experience with end-to-end support and incident resolution.
• Project management skills, including scope definition and prioritization.
• Experience with call and incident management with technology vendors and Telecom operators.
• Experience with automation using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
