Job Description

C6 Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SRE Lead to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. The SRE Lead will be responsible for leading a team of SREs to deliver excellent technological solutions, collaborating with other engineering, product, and operations teams, and supporting technical leadership in building and delivering top-notch products. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability of C6 Bank's products and maintaining the highest standards.Responsibilities:

• Leading SRE teams to deliver excellent technological solutions.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Supporting technical leadership in product development.
• Ensuring product reliability and adherence to high standards.
• Managing projects, new developments, and problem-solving.
• Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with team members and creating individual development plans (IDPs).
• Ensuring SRE alignment with the company's tactical and strategic planning.
• Evaluating technical risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Applying FinOps principles in all processes.
• Sharing SRE initiatives and team results with management and stakeholders.
• Taking responsibility for resolving critical issues and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:

• Experience leading SRE teams.
• Experience with the development cycle and SRE.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
• Knowledge of AWS public cloud.
• Knowledge of design patterns and microservices.
• Knowledge of facilitation and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
• Critical perspective on performance and security.
• Comfortable in a dynamic and transformative environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Data-driven approach to identifying improvement needs and change impacts.
