Rocket Lab is seeking a Neutron Composite Technician to join their team at the Warkworth Composite Complex. The technician will focus on the pressurized and unpressurized sections and fairings of the Neutron launch vehicle's S2 and S1 structures. This role requires a broad understanding of composite manufacturing techniques and a willingness to explore new building methods. The technician will collaborate with internal and external customers to execute test campaigns and deliver components at various scales. A cost-conscious mindset and a focus on lean production are essential.
Role Involves: - Working with pressurized tanks, unpressurized sections, and fairings.
- Utilizing composite manufacturing techniques.

- Mitigating handling and logistic issues.
Requirements: - Advanced Prepreg manufacturing knowledge.
- Experience in Core bond and Splicing.
- Resin infusion knowledge.
- Broad Industry manufacturing experience.
- Basic I.T. skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3+ years of industry experience.
