  • Providing customer support in Danish and English via email, chat, and phone.
  • Delivering accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating with team members to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhering to company policies and guidelines for player safety and responsible gaming.
Requirements:
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or phone).
  • Multi-tasking and time management abilities.
