Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a Development Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of its tech and product hub in Stockholm. This role involves ensuring seamless workflows, effective resource management, and alignment with the company’s global strategic goals. The Development Centre Manager will serve as a key liaison between Stockholm and Betsson Group's head offices, facilitating communication, project alignment, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Serve as a bridge between the Stockholm office and senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional tech, product, and operations teams.
- Act as the local contact for senior leadership, presenting office updates.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee onboarding, integration, and engagement of new employees.
- Contribute to the growth strategy for the Stockholm office.
- Analyse and report on the office’s performance metrics, workforce requirements, and future needs.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support key projects and initiatives from a local perspective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operational or project management roles, preferably within a tech or product environment.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Proven record in managing office operations and facilitating inter-departmental communication.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Adaptability to manage shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
