Smartsheet, a leading cloud-based platform for work execution, is seeking a Senior Partner Operations Specialist to support sales teams and channel partners in the APJ region. This role is based in Sydney and reports to the Senior Manager of Partner Operations in the U.S. The Senior Partner Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales cycle and ensuring efficient sales transactions.Responsibilities:
  • Support sales teams and channel partners throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage partner deal registration and onboarding processes.
  • Work within Salesforce.com CRM & CPQ system.
  • Manage high volume intake queue and maintain SLAs.
  • Review contracts and order paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
  • Create custom order forms and provide guidance on complex deal structures.
  • Coordinate deal reviews with sales and support training.
  • Work between Finance, Legal, Professional Services, Sales, and Partner departments.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the Quote to Cash Cycle.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of multiple transactions.
  • Respond to Partner inquiries.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Order Management, Sales Ops, or Deal Desk at a SaaS organization.
  • 5+ years of experience working with channel partners.
  • BA or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven.
  • Familiarity with financial and revenue recognition principles and contracting guidelines.
  • Experience in a high volume / multi-transactional environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to independently problem solve and work cross-departmentally.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working in Salesforce, Smartsheet, Impartner, and Tableau preferred.
