Campaign and Growth Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Aisera is seeking a Campaign and Growth Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team with campaign management, marketing automation, and analytics. The ideal candidate will optimize processes and workflows, ensuring lead goals are met and email best practices are followed.

The role reports to the Director, Growth Marketing and Demand Generation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end email campaigns and nurture streams in Marketo.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize email and nurture programs.
• Design and execute full-funnel growth marketing strategies.
• Write engaging copy for ads, landing pages, and emails.
• Set up tracking, campaign tagging, and reporting between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Provide reporting and analysis on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing for a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with email marketing tactics and managing email marketing campaigns in Marketo.
• Deep understanding of lead management, UTM tracking, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing programs, and email marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in Marketo and working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Strong quality control mindset.
