Tekion is seeking a Manager, Engineering - Frontend to join their team in Bangalore, India. Tekion is revolutionizing the automotive industry with its cloud-native platform, connecting the entire automotive retail ecosystem. The Manager will be responsible for designing and building complicated workflows, taking end-to-end ownership of components, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.Role involves:

• Designing and building complicated workflows.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of components.
• Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle.
• Preparing technical designs for components.
• Driving performance tuning and re-factoring.
• Contributing to build and release processes.
• Implementing module components.
• Mentoring team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Experience in JavaScript (ReactJS / Redux), React Native, HTML, CSS, JQuery, HTTP.
• Strong understanding of XML, JSON, DOM, and w3c standards.
• Understanding of basic Rest Principles.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
• Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques.
• Experience of working with Git.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
