Tekion is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst II to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting corporate legal teams within the SaaS Software technology industry. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing workflows, streamlining contract and litigation management, and driving operational efficiencies.Tekion is looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments and is ready to bring structure, strategy, and efficiency to a lean, modern legal team.
Responsibilities: - Contract administration – support contracting workflows, facilitate NDA requests, maintain organization of CLM platform, provide company-wide CLM support, assist with management of renewals and expirations.
- Litigation management – assist with implementing legal holds, submitting insurance claims, tracking of pre-litigation and litigation matters, tracking of budget versus spend, supporting discovery process.
- Reporting of legal team metrics – prepare monthly report of key metrics to the legal team for all practice areas (procurement, sales, litigation, forms, others).
- Forms management – assist with administration of Tekion forms library, development of new forms, proofreading and communication with designers.
- Invoice administration – review incoming legal invoices from external law firms and provide instructions to accounting team for proper accrual categorizations.
- Software Implementation – manage implementation of new tools and technologies to support the legal department.
Requirements: - 4-year college degree and relevant work experience
- At least 4-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Software experience with Evisort, Salesforce, and Zip.
- High attention to detail, demonstrated program and/or project management experience with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with technology applications.
- Creativity and flexibility in completing challenging projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong time management and problem-solving skills, along with a good sense of humor.
