Job Description

Tekion is seeking a Senior Content Developer to create and maintain high-quality learning content for its platforms (ARC, APC, AEC). The Senior Content Developer will be responsible for designing and developing instructionally sound learning content, ensuring it is engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with company goals. They will collaborate with SMEs and multimedia teams to create training decks, workbooks, and interactive activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent PowerPoint skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of learning content.
• Create content strategies and develop curriculum.
• Design and format PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for project planning and execution.
• Manage multiple content development projects.
• Perform quality checks on learning content.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in content development and instructional design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
• Superior project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
