Job Description
Tekion is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Learning to develop and implement virtual learning programs. This role focuses on creating scalable and efficient virtual learning processes to help dealer partners master products and methodologies. The Senior Manager will lead the strategic implementation and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) and related technologies. They will also develop enterprise-wide virtual learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
Role Involves:
- Designing and implementing virtual learning processes.
- Establishing standardized frameworks for virtual learning.
- Leading the implementation and optimization of the LMS.
- Developing enterprise-wide virtual learning strategies.
- Coaching teams on process consistency and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of process design and implementation in learning environments.
- 3+ years experience in Automotive DMS software implementation or Learning and Development.
- 3+ years of virtual learning management system administration and optimization.
- 3+ years experience designing and implementing virtual learning processes and workflows.
- Expertise in learning technology ecosystem management and integration.
- Strong understanding of automotive software implementation and support processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, automotive technology, or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
