Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Description

Tekion is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the development and execution of their Integrations and API Platform. The Senior Staff Product Manager will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tekion's integration capabilities, enabling seamless connectivity between products and external systems. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure the API platform and integrations meet customer needs, drive business growth, and provide a competitive advantage in the market.Role involves:

• Defining and owning the product vision and strategy for the Integrations and API Platform.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap for integrations and APIs.
• Working with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Gathering customer feedback and conducting market research.
• Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of APIs and integrations.
• Partnering with engineering teams to ensure the technical execution of integration solutions.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for integrations and APIs.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all integration-related initiatives.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on API platforms, integrations, or SaaS products.
• Strong technical background with experience working closely with engineering teams to develop APIs and integrations.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, SSO, data formats (JSON, XML), and integration protocols.
• Proven ability to manage complex products and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar for API testing and documentation.
