Tekion is seeking a talented Product Analyst II to join their team in Bangalore. The Product Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Tekion's products and driving the product roadmap through data-driven insights and market research. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting recommendations to product management and engineering, and contributing to process design and documentation.

• Executing detailed market research and competitive analysis
• Conducting data-driven analyses to project costs and estimate sales
• Preparing detailed reports and concise takeaways for product and engineering teams
• Designing and implementing effective processes for product teams
• Monitoring and identifying areas for continual improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a quantitative field
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Agile Project Management skills
